The students can directly comment on the question for question related queries which will directly go to the data entry team, and they will look into the query.
For any easy queries the turn around time for the support live is 8am to 1pm est where the support team will try resolving any queries within a time frame of 5-10mins.
For medium to hard queries an offline message can be sent through the skype technical link where the issue will be resolved once the technical team is available.
For many complex queries based on the discussion and the technicality, the team will try resolving the queries at the earliest. .
- VCP provides an easy to run platform for the schools & organizations contests and events with their own domain names.
- School, organizations or teachers can promote their events events and courses
- Content copy rights are restricted to the school or organization
- Tournaments can be easily customized based on the requirement.
- Each student has his/her own whiteboard. Hence it is easier for them to refer back to the notes at any point of time as notes don't disappear here like any other application.
- No content will be published or used without permission.
- VCP uses a whiteboard which enables students and teachers to interact with each other at the same time.
